season 3

It is not who you are but who you will become.

  • Each applicant is required to submit an Introduction (45 sec), 1 Dance (20 sec choreo) and 1 Vocal (20-30 sec). Freestyle dance is optional. Applicants must choose from the list of songs we provide.

    • Intermediate/Advanced Dance Skills (Previous Training required)

    • AND/OR

    • Confidence in singing ability

    • No professional experience necessary

    • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly

    • Unique charisma and natural stage presence

    • A clear sense of individuality and personal identity

This audition focuses on discovering people with a strong sense of self, natural presence, and the ability to connect authentically with an audience. Beyond talent, we value individuality, adaptability, and those who bring something distinct to the room. This opportunity is designed for individuals who may not have extensive experience, but who already have a solid foundation and the drive to evolve quickly in a focused, professional environment.
